50% due payment within 7 days after the completion of the full project.
A client must provide all content with the work order.

Terms & Condition:
If the Client Failed to provide the content within 30 days after the contract then the project will count as a complete project.
* Free annual support for image change & minor content change. Esteem Soft Limited has the right to whether to do a minor change or not.
Charges per extra pages: $20
Domain and hosting must be renewing in every year before 1 month of the expired date. Otherwise, an additional cost will be added according to the domain hosting renew rules.
